Woopi Backpackers is located on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW amidst thriving blueberry and raspberry farms. Woolgoolga is a great place to complete your 88 days farm work, or further 6 months to gain the third-year visa.
Though we are not a working hostel, we are more than happy to point you in the right direction of farms hiring and do our best to assist in finding work or help you navigate through the process.

Most of our past and current guests are completing farm work, so it is a fantastic social atmosphere and genuinely supportive environment. Let’s face it, no one really enjoys working long hours in the sun or getting paid peanuts, but it is essential for you to continue living in Australia – so why not do it in an awesome location like Woopi?! Surrounded by awesome people?! (That’s us) Return home after a hard days work, grab your surf board and head to the beach to wind down with the rest of the hostel crew.
