Terms and conditions
  • No minimum night stay
  • Maximum bookable nights is 31, please contact reception directly to arrange longer stays
  • Check in – 2pm (latest 8pm, unless previously organised with reception)
  • Check out – 10am (earliest 8am, unless previously organised with reception)
  • Bag storage can be arranged if arriving or departing outside of these times
  • Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • This is a non smoking hostel, there is a smokers area outside at the rear of the property however smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue
  • Strictly no pets!
  • No curfew, there is an after hours entrance/ exit for guests. Each guest will be provided with a key for access
  • Complimentary pickup and drop off from Woolgoolga bus station – Greyhound service. Must be pre-arranged with booking
  • Dorm rooms are provided with a flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillow, pillow case and blanket upon request. Towels can be provided at an additional charge.
  • Private rooms are provided with a flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillows, pillow case and blanket upon request. Towels are also included at no additional charge
  • Please note any lost or stolen linen will incur an additional fee
  • Please note lost or stolen room keys will incur an additional fee of $10

  • Payment is to be taken in full upon arrival
  • Payment methods – Credit card, debit card or cash
  • Cards accepted – Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Discover, Maestro

 

Cancellation policy
  • This property has a 1 day cancellation policy. Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before checkin without incurring any charges
  • Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay
